We offer system solutions for the production for baits in two different fields.



Semiautomatic systems

These machines are suitable for the small up to the semiautomatic production sizes and their users are enthusiastic about the compact construction as well as the easy handling.

The products are divided in two different rolling systems:

Ball diameter < 15 mm for the machines of the line HRM 0300 or for more capacity HRM 0600.

Ball diameter > 15 mm for the machines of the line ARM 0250 or for more capacity ARM 0600.

A rope of appropriate dimensions is required as initial material. The rope is inserted manually in the tooling of the rolling machines.



Fully automatic industrial systems

These systems are very efficient and economic. The capacity of these systems can be perfectly adjusted according to customers request through a simple modular construction.


Dough mixing systems
Here are heavy duty mixers from the industrial scale manufacture in use. Depending on the class of capacity these systems are provided with an automatic lifting and tilting device or a discharging device. In the highest classes of capacity are continuous mixers in use to ensure the mix feeding to the high speed systems.


Extruder
The double screw extruder (EXS) is at the front of the system. This machine treats the dough extreme softly and is working almost soundless. Even sensitive mixes with glass pellets, used as lifting admixture, can be processed reliable with this technology.

Depending on the design of the system we have a selection of single nozzles, double nozzles and multiple nozzles. Optionally is an ice water connection available which conveyors temperature sensitive dough without affecting the structure – even in 3 shift operating


Cutting devices
These compact heavy duty aggregates are positioned behind the Extruder unit and have a silent „flying cut“, which is carrying out exactly (single or multiple) in a transparent safety cell. The knifes, made of cutting tooth, are long-lived and are provided with a special coating which excludes that the cutting tools stick together.


Speed belts
These transport belts generates a gap after the cut to achieve enough space for the following pushing process. The monitoring occurs by means of optoelectronic components. Frequency regulated actuation make the base adjustment very easy.


Pusher
The pusher transports the rope accurate, quick and reliable into the tools of the rolling machines with a high repeating accuracy.


Rolling machines
Depending on the desired diameter of the ball we have different machines available for our customers. We have many years of experience in this field, so that the ball products processed by our reliable rolling systems get the perfect roundness. The proverbial “ballistic properties” of the K&S balls are synonym for the whole premium class of baits – worldwide.


Powder drums
These proved components are optionally available for our customers. The powder drum is used for coating the balls with special sprinkling materials. The powder drums are wheeled and easy to clean.


Cooking line
If required the baits can be cooked gently in water bath by means of a passing system.

We have different heating methods available – operated with gas or electrical. The cleaning of this system is hygienic, easy and quick. You will get a perfect cooking result with this unit.
