This field of business describes a big range of machines, which are all characterized by high functionality and specific system solutions. Our qualified personnel carries out logistical planning and realization of machine and heavy industry dislocations for our customers.

The following paragraphs give an overview of the machines which proved successfully with our know-how.

Adhesive coating systems
Silk-screen printing machines are used in the ancillary industy of the automotive engineering especially in the ancillary industry for disk brake pad systems.

With these compact machines backplates as well as coupling carrier or coupling segments are fully automatically and high precisely covered with an adhesive compound or glue of a μ-thickness every second and optionally afterwards dried in a compact application.

Spraying devices are used when no type dependant tooling is required and the exactness of the coating and the covering thickness are secondary as e.g. in the aftermarket.


Loading and unloading systems
Loading and unloading systems are used when cans or glasses are fed in hordes to the autocalve-systems of the canning or meat industry – the same applies for emptying of the autoclave-systems.

Cage discharging stations built as tandem design can also be used for quick loading and unloading.


Brining systems
The machines are used at the canning packaging industry to fill sauces or marinades additionally to the product itself into the cans.


Rotary and buffer tables
The proven rotary tables are used in all automated manufacturing processes when a buffering capacity or an outward transfer is required for the process. These tables are available in almost every size and diameter. 


Handling systems
Should products be forwarded from one place to another or changed in their position these manipulators are used.


Sorting systems
These systems sort out articles from the manufacturing process e.g. after the dragee coating process those porducts which had a twin or triplet accommodation are sorted out and removed from the process.


Assembly tables
These ergonomically designed rotary tables are equipped with different, height-adjustable racks to store small parts storage boxes.


Weighing and dosing devices
These systems are used for a highly precise dosing of mixes for the manufacturing of high-quality grinding wheels.


Speedtester
This robust testing instrument is used for the speed testing of gringing wheels. They are alternatively available as model range with horizontal or vertical testing spindle. An automatic system for transporting the grinding wheels towards and away from the machines is also optionally available.
